Get A Great Massage That Fits Your Budget

You can benefit in a number of ways by adding massage therapy to your chiropractic program.  Recovery is normally faster and more complete when you address multiple components of your pain.  Chiropractic treatment often proceeds more easily, with less discomfort, when soft tissue has been relaxed with massage.  You may be less anxious and more ready to receive chiropractic adjustments after a relaxing massage.  Adjustments frequently last longer when muscle tension is released that might otherwise pull your joints out of alignment again.  Our professional therapists consult with you before customizing a treatment that is specific to your needs.  Pricing: $30 for 1/2 Hour.  $60 for 1 Hour.

Swedish Massage

The classic form of full-body massage relaxes the body and improves muscle tone and circulation while easing muscle aches and tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is for those familiar with body work, and who typically request a deeper, firmer therapy.  It releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of the muscles, tendons and fascia.  It is also called deep tissue because it also focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point massage (aka Myotherapy) is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.  In this type of massage, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.  The result of trigger point massage is the elimination of toxins in the muscles and the release of energizing endorphins.  A significant decrease in pain is often found after just one treatment.
